Since September 2012 The Enchanted Players have been running after school Performing Arts clubs within Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

SCHOOL CLUBS/ACTIVITIES

Details on classes

The Enchanted performers offer many services to schools which can be run as after school activities or lunch club activities such as Film club, Performing Arts, Musical Theatre,

Glee, LAMDA. Drama or Dance Classes.

Hooping skills for kids!

classes at £10.00 per session per head.

DRAMA:

The sessions run for as many weeks as the school requests. £10.00 per session. 5 students minimum. At the end of the term the pupils will perform a piece of theatre for friends and family and occasionally in a larger production on certain terms.

During the Drama classes the children work on many aspects of Theatre such as:

Mono and duologues

Performance technique 

Improvisation

Mime

Devising

Blocking

Physical theatre

All teaching drama and social skills. 

PERFORMING ARTS:

The sessions run for as many weeks as the school requests. £11.50 per session, 5 students minimum. At the end of the term the pupils will perform a piece of theatre for friends and family. Pupils will learn Dance, Acting & Singing skills in this term.

GYM:

Gym classes for all years. 

The sessions run for as many weeks as the school requests. £12.00 per session, 5 students minimum. At the end of the term the pupils will perform a sequence for friends and family.

Pupils will learn body strength, control, how to

Move safely,  aerobics and individual movements.

DANCE:

Street/hip hop Dance classes or cheerleading.

The sessions run for as many weeks as the school requests. £10.00 per session. 5 students minimum. At the end of the term the pupils will perform a piece of theatre for friends and family.

Pupils will learn body strength, control, choreography and individual movements.

MUSICAL THEATRE:

The sessions run for as many weeks as the school requests. £10.00 per session, 5 students minimum. At the end of the term the pupils will perform a piece of theatre for friends and family.

Pupils will learn performance of songs in theatre in stage and television.

POP & CHOREOGRAPHY CLASS

The sessions run for as many weeks as the school requests. £7.50 per session, 5 students minimum. 

This club is for children who love to sing together to current Pop music, it's a modern day school choir which involves occasional movement. We train them how to perform like current Indy/pop singers.

FILM MAKING:

The film club is £12.00 per session per child

6 students minimum.

The term is broken down in to three sections.

1: analysis, dissection and effectiveness of adverts in the media, 

Terminology in the industry. 

Writing and story boarding of the intended script.

2:Rehearsing.

3:location filming ( within the school grounds)

At the end of the term we are available to showcase the final product in a screening, other than that the DVDs will be sent to school within three weeks after the last session.

LAMDA;

The Enchanted Staff are qualified to teach LAMDA which enables students ot accomplish exams which offer GCSE grades and UCAS points in the higher grades.

***NEW MEDITATION CLASSES .***

EPTC have been running 25 minute sessions for children since 2020 SO we are now offering it to schools also! 

The workshops enable them to connect with their centers, relax, concentrate on breathing and the present moment, many children as you may know are often directed to look outside of them selves for answers and things to calm them down, Victoria's sessions allow them to realize that they are their own regulators, calmers and healers. 

This has proven to help children notice, understand emotions that arise and how to respond and not unconsciously react. the sessions have improved children's sleep and attention. Victoria recommends meditation for all children but especially those who may have ADHD or sleep issues.

The sessions include;

•  Sound bowls

• Beathing techniques 

• Dramatic imaginative guided meditations

• crystals

All of our staff are professionals in the performance industry and are fully dbs checked, first aid trained and have been working with children for a minimum of three years.

There are many ways in which these subjects can be included in a creative way into projects in order to produce a new interactive way of learning and understanding. If you would like to know more about our school interactive workshops please request so.

Alternatively we would be happy to come in to run or assist in a project that you have running by contributing with Drama, Dance or musical theatre.
