Parties since 2013!

 we have a number of themes for all ages and personalities but we can of course create a new bespoke theme for your individual little one!

we will host the party with a variety of activities from the below list 

Create your party:

• A big fun introduction,

• story or song,

• a craft,

• fun lively parachute games,

• themed party games,

• a 10 minute magic show, 

• balloon modelling round the table,

• puppets,

• prizes or

• pass the parcel

for further pricing we can arrange and deliver facepainting, an extra, character or a beautician to do nail polish and make up.

Our Prices (within a 25 mile radius);

£145 for the hour,

£170 for 1.5 hours,

£200 for 2 hrs.

Travel fees from SL4;

25 – 40 miles : £20

40 – 50 miles : £30

£50 extra for a beautician to do nail polish and make up.

£25 extra for over 20 children

Extra Entertainer / Character £80

We will operate outside the 50 mile radius if booked in early and discussed with the office.

When selecting a theme that is not in the drop down box just select OTHER and then state the theme.

Parties EPTC offer & our List of themes: 

• Fairy parties : This is our specialty and we offer more fairies than any company in the country, we can even create bespoke fairies from your child's design! EPTC tour fairy festivals so we have many plays, dances and activities which can accompany a party package. Our Queen Faerie Astaria Fae is currently the face of the New Forest Fairy festival.

• Flower fairy parties : All flower fairies available to host from the Cecily Mary Barker illustrations.

• Nursery rhyme parties : We have productions parties which we can bring a show of a nursery rhyme to your party.

• Princess and Prince Parties : We have all of the princesses, all story and film characters!

• Horrible Histories party : With an entertainer dressed as your chosen era.

• Pirate parties : As we tour festivals with our pirate performances we have many generic pirates as well as the well known story and history names.

• Astronaut Space parties : With an Astronaut captain

• Thomas the tank parties : With The fat controller male or female

• Spy parties : With a spy entertainer

• Harry Potter inspired parties : With a witch or wizard to entertain, plus the characters from the books.

• Jungle drama parties; this package is a drama based party including facepaints. 15 children is the maximum. 

• Story telling parties (themed to your choice) 

• Street dance parties 

• Rag doll parties : A rag doll to entertain

• Barbie parties : Barbie traditional, mermaid barbie & swanlake barbie.

• Teddy bears picnic : An Entertainer with teddies to run teddy games, races before tea!

• Never land parties : All of the story book characters are available.

• Easter bunny parties : With the Easter bunny & entertainer or Tink & bunny

• Shakespeare parties : With any Shakespeare character to entertain.

• Wonderland parties : All of the story book characters are available.

• Snow queen parties : All of the story book characters are available.

• Traditional games parties : With an entertainer to run traditional games

• Disco parties : With an entertainer to run the disco

• Gruffalo parties : An entertainer and the little brown mouse

• Wizard of oz. parties : All of the story book characters are available.

• Dragon parties : (mascot & entertainer)

• My little pony parties : All of the story book characters are available.

• Super hero parties : All of the comic book characters are available.

• Craft parties : Crafts to suit your child’s interest

• Drama parties : A mix of fun uplifting drama games

• Musical Theatre parties : Based on MT in general or a specific interest

• Cheerleading parties : One cheerleader to entertain

• 101 dalmatian parties : All of the story book characters are available.

To book a party please fill out the enquiry form which will come straight to the Entertainment coordinator, from there we will email you with our availability.  Once availability has been confirmed you will need to pay a deposit of £35. This is non-refundable and must be paid at least 3 weeks before the party date. The remaining fee will then be expected a week before the party.

WE CAN RUN PARTIES IN YOUR HOME BUT DANCE & DISCO parties need the space for dancing and the lighting rig.
