We will provide a large Rainbow belle tent when booked in with other 2 other services,  if not it is £50, situated in a bunted off area we Will create, 

Our circus trainers bring an array of circus equipment from the list below:

* diabolos,  

* juggling balls, 

* spinning plates, 

* hula hoops, 

* devilsticks, 

* mini stilts , 

* poi and 

* staffs.                                                                  

we may have a small table of socks and rice for the crafty kids to make their own juggling ball!

The equipment is laid out for the public to come and have a try with. 

The circus facilitators show the public use of the equipment through out the day.

A little girl named Bea loves to play in her garden but is disgruntled by her flowers not growing, her grandmother keeps telling her it’s because the fairies aren’t happy with her due to her lack of believing in them, she decides to write a letter to them, a series of letters are sent back and forth ending with a truly magnificent experience! Will you home and be part of the magic?

 2-14 yrs. 

A fast paced interactive show with child and grown up participation. Inclusive of theme tune, mascot, host, games, prizes and a 1/2 hour show of fun with a Meet & greet at the end.

* ALICES TEA CUP ADVENTURES  

0-10 yrs. This includes Alice, the mad hatter and the queen of hearts.  The mad hatter is a comical enchanting character making the audience burst with laughter.

* THE PIRATES HIDDEN TREASURES.

 An interactive full of life exciting show with audience participation. Training, Singing, dancing and jokes.

All are Aprox 25-30 minutes in length

REQUIREMENTS: Quiet, private area, e.g. Marquee/ outside empty space/ a Walled Garden/ Indoor Room or a corner at the event/

Flat ground for the children to sit, We provide our own microphones and PA system a quieter area on the festival is best.

STORY TELLING SHOWS;

To add our rainbow tent this would be £50 extra, we can facilitate the story telling in the tent cosy and comfortable with blankets and mats. 

Characters differ on the time of year. Such as The Autumn fairy/ The Winter Enchantress/ Ostara the spring fairy or Crimson the Yule tree fairy, mistletoe the elf and more. Please ask for images.

All flower fairies are born in the enchanted rose garden & some are destined to be flower fairies forever but some few select Fae are fated to be different... like the seasonal fairies, hear all about the stories that have blessed the rose garden.        

* The Autumn Faeries journey: this story is The Autumn Faerys journey through the seasons to find her calling. Autumn invites you to hear all about her atmospheric journeys on the back of Eartha her willow fire dragon. Includes an opening song

* Ostara The Spring Fairy: Ostara tells of her time when she was born into the rose garden and was destined to help all realms bloom into spring. 

* The Queen Of The Meadow The Summer Fairy: she loves all things damp, she is known for her Companion froglet who she climbed the Great Wall with to find her marshlands where the creatures made her queen of the meadow. This story includes a song. 

* Mistletoe the fairy elf or Queen Astaria Fae: these two have many stories to tell from how mistletoe became an elf in Lapland to other Journeys from the Faery rose garden.

This series of storytelling sessions are perfect for toddlers and young ages. This is a storytelling session with drama and puppets, props and music including Lots of fun and plenty of interaction. 

We read two stories such as the Gruffalo, the smartest giant in town or room on the Broom amongst other popular tales.

THESE CHARACTERS OPEN THE FESTIVAL EACH MORNING BY OPENING THE FAIRY PORTAL VIA SPEACH AND SONG.

Our fairie queen will facilitate wish granting, available for photographs as well as opening the event/festival, she can also lead a procession or host on stage for an additional fee of £60 all performers are trained singers who will perform to the children and adults 3 songs, chat to the children about the real fairy realm, we facilitate a Q&A, Children can ask her questions & will get a free unicorn headband in return! 

THE PIRATE CAPTAIN WILL PUT THE CHILDREN THROUGH PIRATE SCHOOL VIA DRAMA PLAY, THE 2/3 PIRATES PERFORM A JOINT PIRATE PERFORMANCE OF A SONG AND DANCE.

SUGGESTIONS: We can provide a throne/ ship wheel, it would be appreciated  if you were able to provide a decorated area this is NOT ESSENTIAL.

TEA PARTY - CHILDREN'S ACTIVITY

All acts are invoiced around the event. we give 1 months payment time from invoice, fees that come in after may be charged a late fee of 5% per week of the total amount at EPTCs digression. 

the client will be emailed a warning before this is put on to the new invoice.

Cancellation p0licy;

We have a strict cancellation policy to protect our performers and business' through out the year.

We will charge in invoice cancelation fees to the below specifics.

• 50% of the agreed amount will be charged if cancelled within a month from production.

• 100% of the fee will be charged if cancelled in less than 1 week from production.
