Meditation for children

EPTC have been running 25 minute sessions for children since 2020.

the workshops enable them to connect with their centers, relax, concentrate on breathing and the present moment, many children as you may know are often directed to look outside of them selves for answers and things to calm them down, Victoria's sessions allow them to realize that they are their own regulators, calmers and healers. 

This has proven to help children notice, understand emotions that arise and how to respond and not unconsciously react. the sessions have improved children's sleep and attention. Victoria recommends meditation for all children but especially those who may have ADHD or sleep issues.
